GET /?Action=ReadPublicCatalog

Returns the price list of 3DS OUTSCALE products and services for the Region specified in the endpoint of the request. For more information, see Regions, Endpoints and Availability Zones Reference.

Note	This method is public and does not require 3DS OUTSCALE credentials to send a request. If you exceed the number of identical requests allowed for a configured time period, the `Throttling` error message is returned.
